Ed Hiltz

Ed has been in the food service industry for over 30 years, running local private restaurants and large restaurant chains. At these establishments, he made his way from cook to general manager while acquiring a vast knowledge of operating a restaurant daily. He’s always had a passion for cooking but wanted to learn about dietary needs in the healthcare field, so he started at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, where he eventually assumed the Director of Dining Services role here at Langdon Place of Exeter. In his free time, he likes playing golf, fishing, and hanging out with his dog Lily.
